31 10 11: Nightmares & Deadites

Join us on Halloween night for a very special evening showcasing the work of British genre artist and designer, Graham Humphreys. Responsible for some of the most famous horror movie posters of the 1980s, we will be screening the two films he’s probably best known for lending his talents to – first up will be the movie that introduced the world to Mr. Fred Krueger, Wes Craven’s original A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET (1984), followed by the Sam Raimi ‘splat-stick’ classic EVIL DEAD 2: DEAD BY DAWN (1987).

A selection of Humphreys work will be on display on the evening, and the man himself will be in attendance for a brief chat about his career and love for all things grisly and ghoulish. You will also be able to buy signed prints of Graham’s original artwork for both the original Elm Street and Evil Dead 2 on the night.

So JOIN US for a night of tricks… treats… blood and guts! As we pay tribute to a true national treasure of British horror.

The night will be hosted by Filmmaker/Author Paul Davis (Beware the Moon).
